Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Mix- 1 C. butter, 3/4 C sugar, 3/4 C br. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs
Add and mix- 2 1/4 C flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt
Add and mix- 12 oz. chocolate chips (I do a little less), 2 C oatmeal (I really like oatmeal, so I add a lot, you don't have to put in that much oatmeal. The lady I got the recipe from only does 1 C.
bake @375 for 8 min.
